A Date Change and Refund policy. 

• Terms of date change: unfortunately, we do not offer date or time change, so please make sure before your booking that you are booking the correct date and time

• State or Refunds: we understand circumstances may change, but due to limited timeslots and availability we do not issue refunds.
  
• With Santa’s grotto tickets, you will still need a general admission ticket. Also Santa grotto ticket does not gain you general admission.
