Yes, walkins are also available…
we strongly advised that you pre-booked your tickets for Santas grotto to avoid any disappointment or delays there will be walkins available on the day but these could be at high volumes due to already pre-book tickets
Yes there is numerous car parks around the area that you can park in. There is a very limited disability parking at the Arena. We cannot arrange pre paid parking.
Yes, it is. We specialise in making it friendly for all we have disability Toilets along with wheelchair accessible Gen entrance
We are pleased to announce an update to our entrance policy. The NHS free entrance benefit has been revised and is now available to everyone every Tuesday and Wednesday from 5pm onwards.
