The event is running from the 29th November every day until 24th December we will close at 7pm on Xmas Eve

Yes tickets say the 29th of November this is the opening day of the event tickets can be used from the 29th of November right through till Christmas Eve. They are a one  time ticket use only 

Yes, walkins are also available…

we strongly advised that you pre-booked your tickets for Santas grotto to avoid any disappointment or delays there will be walkins available on the day but these could be at high volumes due to already pre-book tickets

Yes there is numerous car parks around the area that you can park in. There is a very limited disability parking at the Arena. We cannot arrange pre paid parking.

Yes, it is. We specialise in making it friendly for all we have disability Toilets along with wheelchair accessible Gen entrance 

we allow free entry to NHS staff along with the NHS badge. This is for NHS workers only unfortunately if somebody has already pre-booked you a ticket we cannot issue refunds on general admission tickets

the event is 50/50 some only take cash and some take both so we highly recommend bringing cash to avoid disappointment
